Enter the Bellagio villa through a covered front porch next to an outdoor gate into the central courtyard. Inside you pass through a formal entry area that leads either to the spacious great room or back to the private master suite. The great room, with its vaulted ceiling and glass doors leading to the courtyard, is the central place in the villa for family activities and for entertaining. The courtyard itself is partially covered by a tile roof to accent the Mediterranean architecture. The great room features a fireplace and part of the space can be arranged as a dining area. Around a pass-through counter is the designer kitchen with its own informal dining area. The kitchen window overlooks and the glass doors lead out to the central courtyard. On the way to the garage you pass the pantry, laundry and additional storage closet. The three-car garage is entered from the rear with the doors hidden from the street. Back in the front of the villa the master suite is entered through an alcove off the main entry. The spacious master bedroom is connected to the master bath which has a double vanity, shower, whirlpool bath, and commode room. The large walk-in closet is entered through the master bath. The stairway to the upstairs suite is at the back of the great room. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs, with floored attic space for additional storage.
